High-Performance Leadership Coaching
From a high level, there's only 3 things you need to build a successful company:

1) The right people
2) Working on the right things
3) In the right way

When you can tick all three boxes, what happens?

Well, firstly, innovation/accountability/collaboration go up.

Secondly, company wide output/productivity goes up.

Thirdly, quality goes up.

What happens when accountability, output, and quality go up?

Profits and satisfaction go up. (Which, if we're honest, are the only two things that matter).

So we've got:

Right People + Right Things + Right Way

= Increase in accountability + Increase in output + Increase in quality

= Increase in profit/satisfaction

Once we install the right systems/tools (which I will share with you) in place, these elements necessarily take care of themselves.
Do I need a coach?
Whether it's making more money, getting customers, acquiring funding, hiring the right person, building a thriving culture, having a wonderful marriage, raising a happy child, or living a healthy life...
...it all comes down to your how well you solve problems and how frequently you make optimal decisions.

(I.e., It's got everything to do with your psychology — with how you think.)

One of the biggest frustrations I hear from entrepreneurs/leaders is that it's lonely at the top. There's no-one to turn to when things get tough.

We must convey confidence at work (as to not spook our staff) and we must convey confidence at home (as to not spook our spouse/kids).

Truth is, we all need support. We can't go it alone. And the best kind of support is that of an impartial third-party.

Someone to call us on our bullshit, someone to pick us up when those doubts creep in, someone to push us to that next level of success when we just feel like coasting.

In short, everyone needs a coach.

The ugly truth about leadership coaching
Most leadership coaches run very typical sessions.

They ask the client, “So what are you working on? What’s holding you back? Let’s talk that through.”

Unfortunately, this quickly becomes repetitive (and very boring for high-achieving clients).

The NeuroTriggers leadership program is different.

We’ve developed set of specific modules/exercises for each unique session.

Most sessions also have a training component which teaches a new habit, tool or concept, that furthers your growth in that area.

In short, there's a curriculum.

A true roadmap for progress that allows you to consistently feel each session is adding value and advancing 1) your performance, 2) the performance of your team, 3) the performance of your company.
Why me?
The credentials of many "coaches" out there are dubious at best.
Now, there's a lot of things I'm not qualified to do.

I can't help you with an IPO.

I can't help you with your finances.

I can't help you with mergers and acquisitions.

I can help you get the very best performance out of yourself and your team/s.

I can help you communicate in a way that leads to action.

I can help you build a healthy culture and work environment that people are excited to be a part of.

When it comes to this "people stuff", my credentials are as follows:

B.Psych (Hons), M.Psych, M.B.A, MAPS.

More important than these pieces of paper is the fact I'm an entrepreneur myself—so I can relate to what you're trying to achieve and the challenges you face.

Also, I'm a registered Organisational/Performance Psychologist.

In fact:

This is the only entrepreneurial leadership program in the world that is delivered by an actual psychologist.

Finally, consider this: Over the last 8 years I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, many who’ve founded enormous fast growth startups. These people live and breathe results and ROI, and that means they calculate every business move they make. If I wasn’t creating exceptional value for them, I wouldn’t still be in this line of work.
Ah, yes. Pricing. Is this going to be expensive?
Most leadership coaching programs are $1000+ per month. Go ahead, do some research and see for yourself. You'll see I'm right.

The NeuroTriggers leadership program, delivered 1-1 with me personally, is only $197/mth.

(No contracts. Full refund if you're not satisfied).

Some kind words...
As the co-founder of a fast-growing startup, I was concerned with the amount of time this coaching would require on my part, and whether or not the coach could be effective without first hearing hours of details about my situation / improvement needs etc. These concerns were alleviated during the first session.

After just four sessions, I had saved 10 hours per week — which is an equivalent of an extra $65,000+ per year for our company.

Our sessions are a venue where I can express concerns and issues with a 3rd party that I might not otherwise feel comfortable sharing within the company. Several times this has helped me to see things from a different perspective and figure out what/how to improve.

I would enthusiastically recommend the coaching program offered by Sam. Thinking solely about return on investment, this was well, well worth it.

He is also genuinely interested in our company and its success, which makes the whole process very pleasant.

I’ve worked with several other coaches in the past and none of them come close to my work with Sam from NeuroTriggers. His ability to dig deep into human behaviors and then develop strategies around those is unprecented.

He can take a situation and strip it down to its bare bone truth, then create a strategy that not only boosts performance, but also helps you to recognize and overcome future obstacles and challenges. Sam delivers incredible coaching.

I knew what I was hoping to achieve but at the same time, anxious in finding someone who might be able to understand and facilitate my wildly adventurous vision for the company! It was a huge relief being recommended and introduced to Sam from NeuroTriggers.

Not only did he provide me with refreshing and reassuringly calm encouragement, but also pragmatic guidance and expertise. What an amazing experience!

We found the entire coaching process extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Sam Page to others because he helped us open our eyes to all the internal leadership issues we’d been missing, and provided practical tools and processes to fix them.

I didn’t think Sam's approach would work for us.

With more than 500 employees in 14 locations across the U.S. and China, we have plenty of internal resources. Still, it’s not always easy to find staff with the capacity and expertise to take on high level leadership development projects. That’s when we looked to outside vendors.

Our industry is highly technical. We provide advanced IT infrastructure solutions and have enterprise partnerships with Cisco, Intel, and Microsoft. So we were looking for an external vendor with previous executive level experience from a similar company. And to be honest, I wasn’t sure NeuroTriggers would be a fit.

My initial skepticism was unwarranted. We did not need technical experts, we needed experts in behavior change. Sam and his team have that in spades. They were able to cut right to the core of the issue for several of our senior staff, and coached them through specific techniques which drastically improved their leadership capabilities. We have the pre/post stakeholder reports to prove it.

I am a bit resistant to working with people not in my field (yoga) because it has particular elements that are intrinsic to the way that it operates. But the fact that Sam was not from the yoga industry turned out to actually be a good thing I believe.

I liked that Sam provided structure that was neutral and at the same time elicited a lot of creative and inquisitive thinking about the nature of my business. This allowed me to come to my own conclusions and see how applying his strategies would be beneficial.

The biggest thing I have taken from the coaching program so far is a stronger sense of the core values of my business. Also, Sam provided a practical way to integrate these core values into the operations of the business. So our values aren’t just a document we file away, but they actually inform our day-to-day decision making process.

Thank you for the help, it has been invaluable.

If you want direct, actionable strategies to improve the performance of your business, speak with Sam. I have multiple small businesses and was looking for some guidance on how to grow them, and get more out of my team.

Rather than giving generalized advice, he took the time to ask questions, look at my businesses, review the numbers, and recommend a strategy that actually makes sense. I love his honesty and desire to help small business owners understand and achieve realistic results.

The High Performance Coaching was very valuable to me as we moved the business in the right direction. I would recommend Sam for:

1) His ability to probe for what is really important.

2) His ability to listen carefully and then provide suggestions for actions that were apparent but only became very clear after discussions.

3) His ability to stay focused on what is most important for the company as a whole. Along the way there have been surprising (and sometimes painful) personal realizations. Sam did not hesitate to tactfully, but directly point out areas that needed to be considered in a different way. He gets my highest recommendation.

The exercises we did to figure out my core abilities was very enlightening. Especially the part of asking others what they thought my strengths were. Comparing these to what I thought was super important and helped me gain some clarity. And most importantly raised my awareness as to where I should be spending my time.

Speaking of time, the time blocking exercise was very useful for me. Not only just in gaining more time, but also being aware of the tasks or items being done to know if they fit within my core ability.

I would highly recommend the NeuroTriggers Coaching Program because it helped gain clarity on some important aspects I've got going on. Owning multiple businesses as well as growing a personal brand are several balls to juggle at the same time. However, when you are intentional with your time and your actions, you are able to progress. Daily!
